Primary customer interface and technical site-lead, responsible for the on-site performance of one to two (1-2) other technical personnel. Performs QlikView system administration, maintenance of existing Qlikview dashboards, and supports some development tasks. Provide monitoring of system performance and provides feedback when any performance measurements are outside the normal boundaries. Provide analysis of system performance issues with written reports on issues and solutions. Provide implementation and testing of QlikView releases and patches and written evaluations of the impact of new releases or patches. Tests all QlikView functionality used in the STDP dashboards, conduct performance testing (data load times and user interface), and verify a complete cycle from data load to dashboard output to ensure no errors or issues. Install and publish dashboards and releases into production environment. All work will be documented using a Change Order system to log, manage, monitor, and track requests for dashboard updates and other dashboard modifications. This team member has the skills and capabilities to develop and launch a QlikView application into production for use by end users in a particular user community; extract data from a basic data source; load data into QlikView and create a meaningful user interface; and distribute a QlikView application for use across an enterprise organization (with security access provisions).
Required Qualifications:
QlikView system administration and dashboard development experience
Understanding of virtual environments and experience working with promoting applications between multiple system environments (development, test, production)
Experience working with storage solutions and databases used in conjunction with Qlikview
Ability to troubleshoot complex problems (tier 2 and tier 3), working closely with end users to achieve resolution
A team player who can supervise in a small, focused, and agile team
A team member with experience working on site with clients, interacting on a daily basis with clients and users
The following certification is desired but not required: QlikView System Administrator Certification
