Import from oracle 10g

hello,

i'm realoding data from oracle 10g,some of the fields are in arabic.

after i import them to qlikview i noticed that the arabic was not well recognised.i get some squares and rabbish arabic data.

is there any way to fix this??

i read somewhere that using SQL ALTER SESSION SET NLS_CHARACTERSET after connecting to the database might fix it.

any idea???
