Importing .xlsm files in different folder with same format

Hi

I want to imports .xlsm files from different folders with in an directory. iam using followig code... still its not working..HELP

SUB DoDir (Root)

FOR each File in filelist(Root& '\*.xlsm')

FROM

[$(File)]

(ooxml, embedded labels, table is Sheet1$);

NEXT File

        FOR each Dir in dirlist (Root&'\*')

        CALL DoDir(Dir)

    NEXT Dir

END SUB

CALL DoDir('Path of Directory');
