Impossible situation?

We have a dashboard with admin users who can see all trades, and non admin users who have a restricted view based on a restriction table.

We have a dev version of the dashboard that asks you for a username when you log in, rather than using the NT login, so that we can test how the dashboard will look logging in as different users.

One of my team has hit a problem, where if he tries to log in as any of the admin users, it works fine. If he tries to log in as any of the other users, it fails. This is independant of which server he is connecting to as we have tried it on a couple of servers, and if we connect using my NT login details on his computer it fails.

I can connect from my pc fine?

How can this be?

It could be the Document "Properties>Opening>Strict Excusion" Option checked; If it´s checked and the user has access to no data, his access is blocked. See if the Mapping between Data <> Users are correct.

If I disable strict exclusion, then the users who previously had trouble logging in with non-admin accounts are no longer asked to enter a username? Do you have any idea what that could mean? Thanks for all your help.
