In QV 8.5 How Named User Cal's Assigned

Hi,

Customer is having 700+named User Cal's.

They want to know how these Cal's are assigned?

Are they Dynamic?

Does it work like this: whoever access qlickview will be added as one license and will be retained as one license even if the user never uses the analytics again.

OR some way other.

Please help.
