In The QlikvView 11 System Monitor, What Counts as a Session?

Hello All,

On the Trends tab there are a few reports that look at the number of sessions. I have a very simple question. What counts as a session? I'm getting readings of 90 sessions in an hour when I know we don't have that many users. Just wondering what could be going on.
