In pivot table Column totals in same column instead of next column appearing

Hello

I am using Qclikview 11.20 in that i have  create pivot table  with dimensions of segment,external/internal,Market segment.

I am showing Segment wise total this total showing to next external/internal column's end  i want this total  in segment column

same for external /internal column total.
