hi friend's this is subbu in my straight has 2001, 2002,2003, 2004 data like this

budget year      budget rev

2001                 10000

2001                 20000

2002                 30000

2002                 40000

2003                10000

2003                30500

2004               10000

2004               20000

so i want in straight table

year     budget rev

2001  (2001 sum data)

2002  (2002 sum data)

2003  (2003 sum data)

2004  (2004 sum data)  please tell me any one

Hi,

Give Budget Year in dimension and sum(budget data) in expression.

just pass dimension "Budget Year" and Expression - SUM(budget revenue)

Go to expression tab-> Right side you can able to find Total mode

just select No Totals
