Inactive legend checkbox

legend checkbox is not active in chart properties, could anyone know the reason

Hi!

I can suggest two things:

a) Look at the chart type. Some charts don't let you change this (like pivot table);

b) Is the legend checkbox under Dimension tab checked?

What kind of chart are you using?

If possible, could you upload here your .qvw?

I couldn't simulate this issue.
