Include Input Field Values - Can this be set to default in Bookmark?

Hi Team,

Can this feature be set to default while a user tries to open and create New Bookmarks from Server Side/Access Point?

User shouldn't be manually enabling/clicking this checkbox. As soon as the dialog box opens, this has to be enabled.

Rather not ... maybe with a setting within the settings.ini like: Mail with bookmark as a link - life-time of bookmark.
