Incorrect Partial Sum in Pivot Table

We design to create a pivot table with total at the bottom, however, the total is incorrect. Is there any suggestion on the expression with correct data displayed?

do you have duplication in actual data for combination of cost center and value? it will not show in rows but in total everything adds up
