Info about opening models as developer

Good day!

To solve my problem, i've found many discussions about tools to analyse data about different types of CALs, sessions and others.

For ex: System Monitor, Governance DashBoard, but there no information what i need

My main task to get information about models time and users, which has NAMED LICENSE and open model as editor (not opening models on server without right for editing)

Thank you!

Hi Governance dashboard contains much information that help us to analyse sucfficiently.

Moreover u can create log files for QVW u will get some info.

On setver side also there are log files,PGO file(license info) that are very useful.

Hope it is clear now.

You can open an application in Desktop in two ways:
- Open through file system

- Open in server

When you open in server it is logged as usual in the session log and so on. When you open through the file system the QlikView server is not involved and hence can not log anything. So if you want to log this you need to get some other data source. In Windows server there is a function called Object Access Auditing that I guess could be used.
