A person with Named CAL assigned can access any number of qv apps. If you have 15 such CALs, that means you can give such unlimited access to 15 people. So it's about how many people can have access to how many applications and NOT how many apps you can deploy. You can deploy (I mean just hosting in the server and not providing access to users) any number of apps even if you have just one doc/named CAL.
For licence type conversion, you should contact your qlik partner; they would be the right people to help in this regard.
