Input box not working on server

Hi Qlikers,

i use Qvw 11.20.11718.0 SR1 (x64).

I can't enter text in inputbox when i play the app on Qkv serveur.

(Works fine on Webview server and local mode)

Do you have any ideas why ?

Hi

What means that don't runs on QVServer but fine in Webview server?

Are you using AccessPoint to access to the dashboard?

Can you tell us what are you going to done with variable in access point. Will you able to provide the Variable expression for that? That may help

Modifying text in the input box :

Qkv client Local client (edit mode)  : OK

Accespoint > Webview : OK

Qkv client from the server : KO

It works fine at my end. What you mean not working? Can you share some snapshots of where you having problem?

i mean it's like the inputbox was "read only" mode ... i can't enter any text in it

What Qkv version do you have plz ?

Can you send a snapshot of that inputbox where it is read only mode like you mean disabled?

Hi Maxime,

Qlikview 11.20 SR1 has been released on 14.03.2013: the latest relase, for QV 11.20, is SR17 and in the range SR1-SR17 hundreds of bug has been fixed.

I suggest you to contact your partner to obtain a recent QlikView 11.20 SR, upgrade your version and then retry.

Consider that, as noticed by Qlik less than a month ago, QlikView 11.20 will be supported until 8th December 2017.

Let us know if the upgrade to a major SR will fix your issue.
