As we mentioned in the diagram we have 3 fields, now if we take a value say 25 in the productivity input box, it will show the corresponding percentage of the productivity. If the productivity percentage achieved the target it will show in green color else in red color. It will same for the other fields also.Now help us out how to represent all those things mentioned above.
