             i was find following error while i was open qv.exe

"Internal Consistency , type c ,detected

if this application is deployed on a server , the server will restart with the message above written to the event log.

Please contact Qlik Tech  Support for further assistance "

anyone tell reason of the error. problem for design or hardware
