I tried in qlik demos, but didn't find it.

But I'm not looking for this. I'm looking for full template.

If you go to qlikview demos and search for RX sales or Asset Management then you can find full templates based on your search.

We can download it and can edit it based on our requirements. In the same way I'm looking for Audit template, so that I can edit it.
