Internal inconsistency, type D detected

Dear Forum,

I am getting internal inconsistency error, typr D detected.

I saw simmilar posts, but my application is mearly 15 MB and the data size is mearly 83000.

so is this a bug in QV9 SR5 or there are errors in data modeling ?

This errors normally comes when your server configuration is low compred to application size and processing.

if its bug in Sr5. then why that error comes in SR6?.
