Invalid Character Found

Hi,

I am getting the error below when i tried to open the document in qlikview access point,

"Invalid character was found in text document, Failed to load URL"

Can anyone please help in this?

Please check whether your text document having symbolic character.

May be because of that you facing this issue.

Application supports the multi language,so we have some special characters in the data.

How can we access the report ? any solution/
