Invisible Object Properties

Hi,

Did any of you face the following scenario ?

Earlier I received a QVW file, in that in a sheet I can see 3 text objects (Always Visible) but when i right click on any of them are showing SHEET PROPERTIES instead of showing OBJECT PROPERTIES.

1.How to achieve this ?

2.How to make it normal ?

I don't have that file now with me so can't share any files or screenshots

Hi Mohan

This might have been a background image set in the sheet / document properties. So this may appear to be a text object but it isn't.

That's all I can think of....

Hi Mohan

Go to your object properties ---> go to the Layout tab in the object property --> Select TOP option in the Layer.

This will bring your object in front of the Image/ or text object (if any)

Hi,

This is an example image which i created as replica to issued QVW.

As seen above Left side one Grey colored text object and 1 image are there in that dashboard.

So, how can it be done as you explained ?

I checked it but it is not the LAYOUT - LAYER - CUSTOM value issue..

I came to know that even after deleting all the objects in Sheet properties - objects tab, still those are there a

And even if i take a new sheet, by default these are also appearing..

So it means that, they made a sheet as Default sheet with having those 2 objects..

So, how can we customize a sheet instead of plane sheet ?

Have any idea ?
