Invoice Form in QlikView

Hi All,

I want to create the invoice and will print as pdf .

I tried with report editor but it is not giving me correct format.

Invoice No.                                            Due Date

Customer No.                                        Invoice Date

Summary:

Invocie No.      Amount.   VAT      Final Amount.

Details

Inocie no        Item      Description      Amount

                                         Total After Discount:

Now the issue is if this report coming in single page then its fine but I need if its Item no increase then it should go on next page

and in next page again Customer No. and Date should come.

But its not working in may case

Kindly let me know if there is nay solution.

Hi,

Are you referring to Nprinting report?

QlikView isn't a very suitable tool for creating forms especially within the report-editor. It will be in general possible but you will need many hours or days to create a printable report because your view within qlikview will be different from them within the report-editor and which will  be different to the print-result. You will need to overlap various objects and size and position each of them manually per menu-options. Therefore take a look on other tools like QlikView NPrinting.

Hi Sumita,

As Marcus mentioned, Qlikview report editor is only for simple reporting tasks.

Nprinting tool will allow you to create highly customizable reports as well as schedule and distribute them to users automatically.
