there are several types of servers and user licenses available for Qlikview.

as per the organization requirement we can go for licenses.

they will give a personal edition trial for free, that too lot of limitations.

The short answer is no as QV source code is not available to everyone.

You can use it for Free for personal use but you will have to pay if you want to open someone else work.

Qlikview is not a open source.

And for just basic practice , you can download the personal edition which is free of cost.

However, you cannot open other QVW documents except designed by you in your computer.
