Is complex if condition/calculation affect the data refresh in Qlikview?

In my report there are several complex if conditions in order to get the result from an about 10Million records.

How muhc these if  conditions can affect the performance?

The if conditions will be calculated and use CPU as any other expression would.

If it is possible, you should avoid or simplify them.
