Is it possible to calculate this through qlikview???

Hi All,

As shown in below picture,  I want to add one more category(2nd column), which will give (sum of value for commercial) - (sum of top 3 categories[except commercial]) for each of further expressions.
Is there any way to solve this out., Kindly suggest
