Is it possible to enclose .pdf document to Dashboard?

We are using QlikView server and all our users are viewing dashboards via Web interface. We are creating 'User Documentation' and sending via emails. Is it possible to enclose same PDF to dashboard? by that they can view the document in case he/she needed.
