Hello:
Is it possible to highlight a row of data on one tab based on a selection / filter of another tab within a document?
Does this make sense? Thanks in advance.
I'm not too sure I understand the problem... In QlikView, selections apply to all Sheets (I assume that's what you mean by tabs). Unless you explicitly clear your selections when navigating from one Sheet to another, your selections will apply everywhere.
The only important assumptions is that your data that is presented on these different Sheets, is properly associated (linked).
At the end, you mention that "the last row listed should be highlighted or at least that CHARGE_AMOUNT cell should be highlighted." This logic must be coded within the color expression of your Chart. The data is selected, which is evident by the green beacon next to the header of PPG_L4. If you wanted to highlight something with a different background color, then add that logic into the background expression.

You may want to take a look at this example:

Particulary, the sheet titled "Graying Data". It demonstrates how to show all data, but highlight with color the selected data. While the example shown is a Scatter chart, the same principles and expression apply to a Straight Table.
As Oleg mentioned, the key is on the Background Color expression for the chart expressions and or Dimensions.

Thank you very much for the reply. I feel that I’ve not given you enough information to properly answer my question / provide guidance. I’ll try to make it clearer in the morning (my time – US ET). Please note, I’m new to Qlikview, but at the same time, I realize you’re one of the guru’s. I will get back to you. Thanks again.
