Is it possible to open a word document in button click in qlikview file or some other way

Hi All,

I have some content in word document.I need to show the content in qlikview file.

How can i do that thing?

I don't know it is possible or not.

Can any one please suggest me how can i do other than using messagebox because the document has more data.

I am observing and getting one problem regarding the issue of this post.

Why it is not working for me like what you did in your attachment?

Those are not two files.

First.docx is the only one document.

For understanding purpose i have sent the images of differant scenarios.

Now i got the point what you are mentioned

i,e,Both Qvw file and document should be in same folder right.

Now it is working fine....

Dear RAV,

I have a problem, your example last 4 weeks demo.qvw if you enable  mode WEBVIEW doesn't work also, if you publish the Access Point does not work .

Therefore I can't open word documents. but if you disable MODE WEBVIEW I can Open word documents , please help me.

I urgently need this solution

Hi,

I was able to get this to work on my desktop version, but it doesn't seem to work on Access Point.  Any ideas?
