Is there a percentage function when displaying the text in a gauge chart?

Hi everyone, Please could someone help me out here:

I'm trying to convert this to a percentage. Is the a percentage function so that i could display it in that format.

I'm trying to display it as chart text so i can't use the number tab or options.
