Is there a way to do a reduction in the script

I have a qvw that I need to break into smaller qvw's

The qvw has about 10 tables. I would like to do a binary from this file and reduce it down to a selection

So if the main file has 200 partners. I would like to binary from the main file and reduce it down to one partner

The easiest approach to this would likely be to use Publisher to Loop and Reduce over the selected field and distribute the different documents to the selected partners. I guess you could do some kind of script solution using where statements to load based on a variable value or something.
