Thanks Jagan, the Silicon Cloud looks to be the one in the category I was looking for.

Rosslyn don't show anywhere in their website that they have Qlik hosting environment, it looks like they have their own BI tools to provide self service solutions in sales, procurement etc domains which cloud customers can use with their own data.
