Issue in Supporting task in qmc...

Hi All,

I have created a one task in QMC --> System --> Supporting task --> External Program, And it was running without error but batch file didn’t do the action (I have created the batch file to reload the Sample.qvw, if we reload the qvw file throughbatch file then modification date will change, but here didn’t happen ).

Batch file command is "c:\Program Files\QlikView\QV.exe" /r "F:\Aspire Development\Rajdeep_Dev\Sample.qvw"

pls see this, print screen

My batch file name is Test1.bat.

Pls help me on this ....

Does the account running the QlikView distribution service have access to the mapped folder F: (assuming it is a mapped drive and not a physical disc?).

Also, in your screenshot, the QMC says that your QlikView Distribution Service (QDS) is down.

That screen shot have taken while qds service down, but I have this issue on long time..
