Issue in displaying weeks in Pivot Table - Please help !!

Hi All,

I have a table where it displays YYYYPMM and weeks in Pivot table.

Issue is this..

If there is a week in 2 months, its being displayed two times, 1 in each month, but i want it to occur only once. Can somebody help me ?

Sample 1 excel is data as per issue.

I need it in this way :

in beloqw image, week 31 lies in both month P7 and P8.

I guess there are also days in the data.

So when you change the date text format the days are still there.

You have to 'round' your dates on a weekly basis.

Your attached example is not the same as the screen dump.

How did you arrive at the weeks number anyway?
