Issue is leasing Licences in QlikView

Hi,

I am trying to do a license lease but unable to do so. My id has been added to Named Cal. The error is bit different.

I typed the address as:

Open QlikView> File> open in server>qvp://prddddddd.bbtnet.com

It gives me below error.

Hi @Truist_np,

The QlikView Desktop license lease occurs using the QVP protocol over port 4747.  The error you are receiving is typically returned when port 4747 is blocked on the desktop.  See the Qlik Support article Troubleshooting QlikView License Lease Issues for further information.

Yeah would check with your internal IT team about ensuring that port 4747 is open on your computer
