Issue with Images on Access Point

Hi all,

I need your help regarding while looking at qlikview document on access point i am not able to see any of the image in dashboard though they are present in qlikview document please suggest your opinions to solve the same.

what did you select under

Documents Settings / opening?

you have the Options for document thumbnail

- None

- opening sheet (would Show the Image behind the page which is displayed first9

- Image (Shows an Image which you can upload)

In Desktop version, switching to Webview, do you see that image?

did you Show this textbox on the start page?

then you should select opening sheet (but only then)

alternative yo ucan define your Image as Background on your start page

I had a similar issue before.

I'm not sure if this works for you, but you can try this once.

If you have overlapping text objects on the image then try removing those overlapping objects.

i have checked for same option but there is no any overlapping object layout

Have you bundled those images in the QlikView using Bundle Info Load or you are just setting property of the text object to show it as image?
