Issue with Pivot table

Hi ,

I am using pivot tables to show my report ,

But i got one requirement that .. If i select some dimensions and 2 to 5 metrics it will disply accordingly but user want to drag and drop the metric i.e last metric to first or second one to first position ,

I tried that but it is not expected ,

While doing drag and drop all metrics are coming under single column with multiple rows ,

But my issue is while doing drag and drop just respected column has to move (FYI..it is happening in stright table),

Please find the attachment.

Can any one suggest me to get that ,

Thanks,

Sh.

Hello Shobha,

When doing drag and drop, keep the mouse on the top of the table to move columns. If you go below the tab headers, QlikView will convert columns into lines.

You could also prevent the "pivoting" in the preferences: Presentation > Allow pivoting, available for each Dimension and Expression.

Brice

Hi Shobha,

In your expressions tab, promote "# of repair cases" as the first expression.

I don't think expressions in a pivot can be arranged by drag and drop.
