Issue with Qlikview Accesspoint

Dear All,

I have an application which is having section access based on NTNAME.

Now i need to deploy the application on server. i was using the custom directory to create users and i assigned to the document.Then i am nt able to view the app in accesspoint.

without section access the application is working. do i need to create users in active directory.since the section access is based on NTNAME. kindly help..

Hi,

That is correct, if you are using NTName it is based on Windows login and not Custom users.

Hi Bill,

But the windows server is not in domain its showing under work group.so i am not able to fetch the active directory. I tried giving access through local users. But still the issue persists.

Local users should work if section access is setup correctly.
