Issue with Qlikview Server installation

Hi guys,

I have encountered an error while applying licence to my Qlikview server.

I have entered Serial Number, Control and LEF but it returned me an error failed to connect to server.

I have no issue with Publisher.

And i noticed there is a tab 'Login' for QVS but when i entered the ID, it will prompt me error

'To login using username and password, please enable 'Allow admin using name and password' on the security tab'

Please help me on this issue.
