Issue with bullzip pdf

Hi,

I tried loading a dashboard from my userid on our test server and it has a macro for generating a pdf report. It just works fine. We are using bull zip pdf.

But when I'm using the service account saWPS_Qlikview to load the dashboard the pdf is not getting generated.

Any idea what might be wrong. The system doesn't show any error as well.

Hi Sachin,

Are your client server running using IE Plugin or AJAX? Macros just work with the IE Plugin.

We use IE plugin and I don't think its a issue with macro. Instead it's got something to do with Bullzip pdf version.

Well, I just used once Bullzip and it worked fine. But maybe you could try another pdf software generator, like PDFCreator (pdfforge | PDF Creator - The FREE PDF Converter Tool, ease to use pdf printer, pdf writer, pdf downl...).
