Issue with the Access Point in Qlikview 8 Version

Hi all,

I'm having a big problem with my client who uses a qlikview 8.

no one can see his Access Point externally, even giving it's proper permission to the user.

and even me, logged in the qlikview server can't open the .qvw files through the Access Point.

I'm not used to operate this version of qlikview, so if anyone could help me, I would be very grateful.

I hope i was clear enough.
