Issues with frequency in list box

Hi All,

I am facing this issue with lisbox. For few values of ID, frequency in listbox shows 2. However even if I take all columns in raw data, this ID has only one record.

Has anyone faced this issue?

I will guess that you have duplicate records.

If your table has a primary key field, put =count(ThatField) in a textbox. If you get 2, you have duplicate records.

It might be duplicated record in your master table.
