Issues with qlikview Server and RAM

Hi All,

I have two qlikview applications with the size respectively 5GB and 2GB. My 5Gb applcation is taking 16GB Ram while opening in the server environment and my 2Gb Application is Taking 31GB Ram in the server environment and hitting the CPU usage 100%.

My RAM Size is 128 GB

Server Environment windows 2012 server.

** Applications without any charts and Variables(Data Model)

Thanks in Advance.

With Regards,

XavieRavinson.

Qlikview documents are often stored in compressed form. When loaded into ram the document is uncompressed. You can check the Compression setting on the General tab of the Document Properties window. The 2GB document that needs 31GB and 100% CPU usage indicates it contains charts that should be redesigned since they are very costly to calculate. Hi Gysbert

Thanks for your reply. I have already mentioned the application contains no charts and its a data model application. I have deleted all charts and even list objects also.

And I am facing this particular issue only in windows 2012 server and the app is working fine in 2008 server environment.
