JDBC Connection Issue

I receive the error message "Can't load the jvm.dll. Pelase make sure, it's properly configured." when I try and connect to the Java database using the TIQ JDBC Connector. Has anybody else encountered such an issue?

This look like a inconsistency  after updating or installing the JRE. Please review your installation of Java Runtime, any application with Java should be with the same error .

Hi Rupert,

this seems to be a configuration problem. Just get in touch with me directly:

Hi Rupert,

I am getting the same error, "Can't load the jvm.dll. Pelase make sure, it's properly configured.".

Please let me know how you solved this issue.

‌Most of the time it's a wrong configuration: 64bit connector needs 64bit Java jvm.dll etc.

you can always get help directly: ralf.becher@tiq-solutions.de
