JDBC Connection Issue

I receive the error message "Can't load the jvm.dll. Pelase make sure, it's properly configured." when I try and connect to the Java database using the TIQ JDBC Connector. Has anybody else encountered such an issue?

In most cases user configured the Java version in wrong way, means crossing 32bit / 64bit..

Thanks Ralf for your reply.

Am using both Java and JDBC of 64-bit.

Tried to uninstall and re-install both Java and Jdbc connectors. Still the issues is not resolved.

Please can you help me with that.
