Job hang when running Qv.exe in Control-M scheduler
Hi,
We have qvw file that comes with macro to generate XLs file. I tried running in cmd prompt the
qv.exe /l report1.qvw and it manage to output the xls files. However, when I tried using an external schedule
Control-M ( under windows) , the job hang only. I put in the .bat file but it still hang.
The ID used in controlm to run the command is already defined in Security Access of Report.qvw this is to bypass the login/password popup window. The ID is also having the read/write/execute permission in the folder level.
By right, any running command executed in cmd will also able to execute by ControlM.
I am new in qlikview maybe you can share if there's any work around to achieve the task.
