Joining two separate workbooks

Hi,

I have two different worksheet in a single excel namely

1.     Sales with following columns -

Date

Particulars

Location / Workcentre

Stock

Co.

Week

Item Group

Dept

2.     Stock with following columns

Co.

Date

Export

Remarks

Column header highlighted namely - Date and Co. are common in both worksheets,

HOw do i connect both in same?

Please help.
