How can I put KPI in Qlikview without using too much textbox?

A compact solution is to create a straight table with KPI expressions and without any dimensions.

Hi! thanks for the reply. I'm confused with the "Change" in the expressions. What I need to create is a KPI that shows the oldest product the team is working.

See that link/picture as inspiration. Keep what you need and like; leave out the parts you don't need and don't like.

If you have problems with the calculation of the kpi I would recommend you to post that question in a new community post with a more fit header.
