KPI picture from Salesforce template

Hi all,

do you know where can I find the picture used as background in Salesforce template for Win Rate KPI (it's under "39%")?

I tried to export from Qlikview (copy & paste in Paint or Preview for Mac) but I couldn't get correctly the PNG image, it miss the transparency.
