Keys on Qlikview

If you select the table viewer in QV Developer you can visualize your data model on this particular app.

Every table has infor regarding keys. Some fields are characterized as "Primary" some as "Perfect" and some as simply "Keys"

What is the main difference among all these values? For example, how the primary key is determined?
