Community,
If I have an LDAP path that works in another tool, how do I break it down to connect to Qlikview?
In an OLE DB connection to Microsoft Directory Services, I need to enter what Qlikview is calling the "Data Source" and the "Location".
My working LDAP path string is:
LDAP://localhost:11389/ou=comp,ou=qlik,o=ag
In my other tool, the User name was "CN=CompassSearch,ou=comp,ou=qlik,o=ag" and Password is "password"
What combination of Data Source and Location should work here? This issue is further complicated by the fact that no matter what I enter in those fields, the Test Connection works except I see no database tables.
Thanks for any suggestions!
Hi,
The QVW which tries to load the data from LDAP loads only the partial data frequently. We are unable to find the root cause of the issue as the QVW doesn't fails but it loads only the partial data. Can someone please help us to identify the root cause of the issue. It has been happening from quite a long time but we didn't succeed in finding the root cause of the issue. Hope someone can help us for the same.

I strongly recommend that you create a new thread to get a response to your problem, rather than hijacking a whole bunch of old threads.
