Label a trend line on Bar Chart

Hello. 

I hope this is simple. I have a simple bar chart that shows years and sales. I have added a dotted trend line which shows the direction sales have been going over the years. I would like to have a label above the trend line which describes what the dotted line is showing. 

How am I able to add a label to this trend line, which will show on bar chart?
